Furnace went out last week and after getting 4 different estimates I made the right choice going with Gerard. My first estimate was with one of the big companies in the area. They were double the price and were pushy. As a newer home owner dealing with my first big home owner expense I was overwhelmed and shocked by the price. I reached out to my realtor and he suggested Gerard. Jake came out to do the assessment and went over my options with me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Nick and Nick came out for the install. They were able to answer all my questions and were in and out in just a few hours. The only evidence that anyone was in here is the heat blowing throughout my house. Overall great experience. I will be contacting Gerard for all my home maintenance needs. I will also be recommending to family and friends.
