The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the recommendations, contractors, or the related services for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Independent Contractors The contractors recommended by Contractor Vault are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or partners of the Company. Contractor Vault has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the conduct, performance, or quality of work of any contractors recommended by the Company.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contractor Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to, any claims related to property damage, personal injury, or any other losses or damages that may occur during or as a result of any work performed by a recommended contractor.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contractor Vault, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your engagement with any recommended contractor.

Governing Law This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Contractor Vault operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Company's primary operating jurisdiction.
